Attend three 45 -minute mock interview sessions where we practice, prepare and participate in a series of mock interview questions and answers.  Sessions can be tailored to a specific job interview or can be in a general sense that covers broadly. 

This training program takes a group of individuals and teaches them the Social Change Model of Leadership and how to become active citizens in their community.  Participants will learn what each C means, how it relates to enacting Change and Citizenship.  Final group project will focus on civic engagement and actually solving a real time communal goal, problem or initiative.  Limited to 16 - 20 participants.  

This training program focuses on the different experiences that Black and Brown females face when considering leadership roles in our society.  Topics include, defining leadership, colorism, minority women in media, networking, leading in times of change, developing affinity, confidence and cultural awareness.  Limited to 10-12 participants.  

Program includes leadership assessments and 3 networking events.  

This training focuses on leadership as an evolving process that needs constant forward thinking to be ahead of the curve and an ever -changing workforce. Topics covered include defining what transition leadership looks like, leading during times of change, agile motivational leadership.  Limited to 20 participants

This training will assist in creating a strategic plan to support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by defining and understanding DEI as it relates to your mission, vision and goals of the organization. 

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a group effort on both the employer and employee.  This training addresses ways that the employer and employee can keep each other accountable when it comes to initiatives that are DEI based in the workplace. 

This training focuses on DEI in and outside of the workplace.  How to live and transcend a life that nurtures and embraces Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, all the time and everywhere.
